Return & Refund Policy

All digital applications are non-refundable once purchased. Applicants are responsible for selecting the correct application and are strongly encouraged to read the application descriptions and requirements thoroughly before completing their purchase.

Incorrect Application Purchase

If an applicant purchases the wrong application, a refund for the original purchase will not be issued. Instead, the purchase amount will be applied as a credit toward the correct application.

If the correct application is the same price or less than the application originally purchased, the purchase credit will be applied toward the correct application.
If the correct application is less expensive than the application originally purchased, the remaining balance will be refunded to the applicant.
If the correct application is more expensive than the application originally purchased, the applicant will be responsible for paying the difference.

Any applicable refund resulting from the purchase of a higher-priced application will be processed within 48 business hours.

The Board is not responsible for applications purchased in error. Applicants are responsible for reviewing the application descriptions, eligibility requirements, and other available information carefully before submitting payment.

By completing a purchase, the applicant acknowledges that they have reviewed the application information and selected the application they intend to purchase.
